However, it was not everlasting....I looked like a racoon after about 3 hours of 'easy' wear. I gave a rating of 3 because I have looked my entire life for an "everlasting" eye liner but alas, have not yet found THE ONE. I thought this would be it but unfortunately it did not last.”
