“The eyeliner stays put all day, which has been an issue for me with others that claim to be long lasting. However, just drawing the brush gently across it ends up with a lump on the brush ever time. So it doesn’t go on as smoothly as I’d like. May have dried out in transit to New Mexico in the summer?”
