“This is beautiful, but much of the time, especially at night, I can’t see the clock hands. I am returning it for one with black hands but so far, even though I choose an option for the replacement to be sent out right away, it hasn’t even shipped, and the shipping box for the original got tossed out, so I need the replacement to return this. I sent a message to their support on Monday, now it is Friday and I have not heard back.”
