These are adorable--our seven-month old is learning to drink from them. Lots of spills right now, but his excitement at drinking water like this is more than worth it (he lunges for a sip). And since they're so small, the spills are, of course, minimal.

I ordered these to help transition my 21-month-old to a cup. They're the perfect size for tiny toddler hands and hold just enough liquid that the inevitable spills are not too large. They're glass, but very sturdy. They've lasted beautifully through drops and clinkings.

Going from sippy cup to real cup is way more fun with these. My neice is 16 months old she loves them.

These are nice for little hands, but for our 2 year old, they are just a bit too small. They are actually shot glasses. The packaging even indicates them as such. The shape and heavy glass is perfect, but we'll be ordering the next size up very shortly.

I have used these glasses with 3 yr olds for about a year, and one did shatter (not just crack) when dropped on a linoleum floor at a height of less than two feet. One other glass got a little chip in it once. Otherwise they have been great (heavy feel, small enough for hand to fit around) -- but don't assume that because they are thick glass that they will always withstand a drop.

Great first glass for a child 8 mos or so. Easy to manipulate for little hands. A couple of mine did break: one from child dropping it and then dropping creamer right on top of it; the other from wear and tear due to cleaning in the dish washer - I would recommend cleaning by hand if possible.

These are pretty tiny so I have to keep refilling them with water, milk, whatever, but she loves them. They are easy for her to wrap her hands around. We broke one the first day (tile floor) but none of the others have had an early demise. I do wish I got the larger ones, though. She's 2 and she's really already outgrown these.

We purchased these glasses for our daughter. She uses them at school with great success & now is able to use them at home. The faceted sides allow her to easily grip the glass. The small size allows her drink successfully from a cup. As a mom, I appreciate the durability. These glasses are sturdy & stand up to daily use by an active toddler!
