“I'm confused by a previous review saying these are small and not useful. I can't imagine that review came from a Montessori teacher. They are the perfect size and are perfect phonetic objects.”

“The objects are very small and many are not useful at all, for example the tiny bag of fertilizer or two pairs of minuscule spectacles. Not worth the money at all.”

“I was disappointed at the very small size of these pieces and the fact that many of the pieces are not very attractive or inviting for a preschooler. Thus the 4 star rating. That being said, they are quite practical and useful. And I don't have to chase all over the house to find something that I need for any given letter. Ultimately, that's the reason I got the set. I use these with my 4.5 and 3.5 year old grandsons and they enjoy them very much. So far we have worked on sorting according to beginning and ending sounds. I use the moveable alphabet with the language object set and they work nicely together.”

“Can't wait to introduce these items to my toddler. I'm still gathering my Montessori items slowly and I'm very pleased with this purchase. I plan on purchasing from this site again in the next few weeks. Customer service is very helpful too.”

“We received this Language Object Starter Set as a gift for a blog post review I was doing on creating your own Montessori Alphabet Box. The items arrived quickly in the mail and were well-packaged. There were 100 small, quality objects to use. The items are all very small and yet made of quality materials such as metal or wood rather than all plastic. They are built to last and to be handled by little (sometimes not so gentle) fingers. We used these in our homeschool classroom to create our Montessori Alphabet Box for our preschooler and toddler to enjoy. They have created HOURS of play and exploration and the whole family wants to handle the "treasures" in their Alphabet Box. I highly recommend purchasing this set for your classroom or homeschool. They are a great way to instil hands-on learning, teach the phonetic alphabet, reading skills, writing skills, and so much more! The possibilities are endless! I can't wait to see what is in next years set!”
