“I first heard of ashwagandha during a personal study of my own a couple years ago and have tried a handful of suppliers’ product but I found myself resupplying my stock from MNO exclusively. I do the same with several other supplements, like the men’s multivitamin, gelatinized black maca, black cumin seed oil, and turmeric supplements to name a few. In many conversations I share with family, friends, or coworkers, I recommend the use of many products like ashwagandha. I have frequently experienced a lowered stress level when I paired this with other adaptogenic herbs like maca and rhodiola rosea. I would say I do believe that they pair well together, as I’d read in the past, but please do take care with that knowledge. I have discovered some respond more sensitively to those pairings of adaptogens. In any case, I know this is my go-to for ashwagandha supply. I find it easier to take my desired dosage by the pill as opposed to finding a way to mix the powder in some sort of cocktail. It saves me a lot of time during a busy day.”
