“I had bought the Gold Cobra Hoop Earrings in June 2020 but had some fading issues 6months down the line. I raised this issue with an Advisor from Motley. Ruth who was the Customer service advisor was very professional and efficient. She was very polite and provided a top quality service. The service I received is very rare because the quality of customer service in most retail companies are nothing to write home about! Ruth made me feel extra special as if I spent thousands of £££. She gave me back my confidence and trust in the CS system. Thanks Ruth!!!”
