“The entire setup for the tow package is unique and practical a few things that need to be improved. One the strap that ties to the stirring bar, depending on the type of handles they can get damaged needs to be enhanced at the holding of the handles. Also the procedure for the ratchets for the bike wheel should set the bottom ratchet upside down so it doesn't get damaged by dips on the road. The metal part is already low. So adding a couple of inches to drop but keeping the assembly higher would prevent this touchdowns in the dips of the road.
That needs to be illustrated in a picture so your buyers know. Longer and higher Shaft would let you go down to the ground and be higher at its resting place. And lastly. The end of the main screw should have a stopper. It should never come out of the screw. This could be a safety issue if not paid attention and someone would just roll their bike in and think it is all still attached. A bike may fall hurting someone.”
