Double e-Bike Carrier + Hitch Lift Reviews

5 Rating 7 Reviews
The best hitch nine carrier I bought quite a few carriers from different brands but this one is the strongest and lightest as well as highest off the ground Also easy on your back when loading a 100 lbs ebike like the Juiced hyper scorpion The hitch lift is a great idea I used to lift the bikes to set them on the carrier about 18 to 20 inch or use the ramp and it can be tiresome Not anymore Now I only need to lift them only a few inches off the ground to set them on the carrier Highly recommended Best and strongest e-bike carrier and easy disassembled

Thank you for your wonderful MoTow eBike Carrier and Hitch Lift review, Lee! We are so happy you're biking excursions are easier now that you don't need to use a loading ramp. Happy Riding!
1100 miles twice. Not going to lie, first 100 mile, spent more time looking in the rear view mirror then out the windshield. I towed my Triumph Bonneville from St. Louis to the Berkshire region of Massachusetts. My Triumph weighs just just under 600#, and the MOTOW worked like a charm. Side note,,, If you ever have a chance to ride up in the New England area of the country, take it, It is beautiful and the roads are unbelievable. The MOTOW made this possible. Definitely more trips in my future.

Purchased the 24" adjustable Motow hitch a while ago and had a chance to use it on my return from California to Washington state. Checked all the set up details, having not used it, prior to this trip and did a test run. All went well on both the test and the 1250 mile trip. I applaud the design and engineering of your product, as a solo traveler, it is easy to set up, stable at speed, and very secure. Thank you.

I’m very impressed with your product. The design is well thought out and easy to install. The workmanship superior. The welding, beautiful and clean ( that matters to me) it means your personal care what comes out of your shop. Sturdy and secure. The only problem I had was I lowered the lift too far and the bolt unthreatened and the lift dropped to the ground. Luckily I was able to get it back in the bolt and lift it back up. I am 68 years old and weigh 127. If I can do it so can you. It just takes some practice to lift the bike on the lowered rack. NOTE: wear some protective clothes on your arms so you don’t have bruising of an eighty year old when you are done!

This is a heavy and heavy-duty bike rack made in the USA. My bikes are quite long and very heavy. Not many racks can handle them (~70 lbs each) and Motow was the only one I found that could handle the weight and was RV Certified. These things are STOUT - heavy-grade stainless steel. Assembly was easy but I'm mot too good at following directions (see pics) so I did need to email and call Motow (Jill). They got me through the assembly with ease (no mean feat!). The lift mechanism is amazing - you load your bikes inches from the ground. There is nothing like this on the market and it's well worth the money. Jill and the gang at Motow are friendly and comfortable to work with - just amazing. Just got back from ~2,000 mile trip and the bikes were steady and stable.

Literally took longer to get it out of the box than it did to install and load two fat tire EBikes. The best out there and Customer service is Amazing! ‍♀️
