“...only acceptable...Everything seemed ok until the return trip to Bucharest when it all went South! Firstly, our bus broke down on the road...waited for a replacement...then the second bus broke down...waited again for over one hour for another replacement...ended up in the initial broken down bus!!! Drove very slowly to Bucharest where we arrive close to 1 am. We had to catch a flight to Croatia that morning at 6:45 am...not good!!!
I was told by you guys that I would receive a credit but I received NOTHING! If you can still reimburse some of the cost, I will send you my credit card number, the one that you might have on file has been replaced.”
