“I had booked the full day Bran Castle and Brasov outing, but the company very helpfully mailed two days before to say that there were no other takers, and that posibly the trip would nit happen. This they repeated the next day. Some other companies would let you turn up and then tell you the trip had been cancelled, so this speaks highly of Mr Tripp's attitude to clients. I was staying nearby so called at the office on Calea Victoria where they very efficiently booked me instead for the shorter Snagov and Mogosoaia tour, and refunded the differernce in cash. The four hour tour was a delight. the driver was careful, and Mary the guide was impeccable both in offering very inreresting information about two fascinating and attractive locations, and in answering all our questions in her excellent English. On the evidence of this trip I recommend the company warmly and will look for them again next time I am lucky enough to be in beautiful Romania.”
“This trip was bit disappointing. Just coming from a wonder 8 day trip of Romania I was expecting the tour guide to be excited about Romania. Instead when she heard we just did another tour of Romania she started to have a conversation with the driver instead of the travellers. I most enjoyed Mogosoaia Palace. You need to pay extra at Snagov Monastry for pictures.”
