“I LOVED this and have ordered it several times for one simple reason--it's BETTER than all the rest that I have tried on the market! Soy sauce in the traditional sense is almost non-existent anymore and to get hold of something more complex and real, like this, is a real treat! It's not just a "sauce";it's a seasoniing for things like grilled chicken, fish, other meats and even rice balls---nothing else is required.”

“I don’t use this for dipping/ drizzle purpose. For stewed/Nikomi cooking it’s acceptable but I am not satisfied as much as I initially expected.”

“It’s an even larger upgrade from Kikkoman as Kikkoman was when it displaced LaChoy and other colored salt water in Mom’s kitchen. Try it! The things it brings to decent sushi are indescribable, sorry to say; I wich I could. Do try it.”

“Exceptional and well packed by MTC. I bought over a case plus and gifted to special friends for Christmas. To truly appreciate Kishibori Artisan Soy Sauce aged in 100+ year old barrels, one should check out the UTube or documentary.”
