“I purchased this product out of curiosity because... Yuzu and Wasabi? How can it go wrong? And I was absolutely right. I used this as a dressing and it was soooo good. First you get the soy sauce punch, then the mouthwatering Yuzu flavor starts crippling around your taste buds. I had three rounds of salad that day lol. Also, the wasabi flavor was light enough that my children were able to consume as well. They are usually reluctant on eating salad, but they liked the dressing so much that they requested seconds! I also used this product with the high quality Sashimi that I bought from this website. Instead of dipping Sashimi in Soy sauce I poured the Yuzu Wasabi Sauce onto the Sashimi (salmon and Yellowtail) and It felt like I was eating something I ordered at a high end restaurant. This dressing is a little on the pricey end, but it is definitely worth the money. I would give this product 10 stars if I could.”
