“Finally found a high quality soba that isn’t prohibitively expensive, though it would be nice if they offered a free shipping option if you order a certain amount. I had to get 10 packs so it would be worth it to pay the $14 shipping. That said I am very happy with the product. More balanced than 100% buckwheat, excellent flavor and texture. The pack says to boil for 5 1/2 minutes, but 3 minutes I think is plenty. Rinse thoroughly and enjoy.”
