“Am suppppppper happy with almazanknives.com Just got this and went on a chopping spree this blade is super sharp it is heavy and makes useing it a dream, I peeled a hand of ginger and the sharpness allowed me to remove just the skin ot looks big but that is what you want when chopping or slicing and you can slice thin with this blade if all of their knives are this good I may be buying the rest of the knives in this line." almazanknives.com”
