“Solidly built and gentle on delicate knife blades, Hasegawa's cutting board nicely compliments good quality Japanese knives protecting their delicate edges. Get this size board rather than the smaller, and less expensive, unless your kitchen countertop won't accomodate. We have two of these and find the larger sized board much more useful.”

“Mtc is the only place I found to buy hasegawa boards in better sizes. Really the best synthetic board you can buy and probably the best for edge retention for your knives.”
