“Awesome little knife. One of my friends bought this at last year's Star Chefs Congress and I tried it out. I'm a bartender so I only really use paring knives. I used to use a ceramic knife but I prefer this (and it looks nicer at the bar too).”

“I can't believe you can own a genuine Masamoto white steel with this price! It doesn't rust very easily, especially if you sharpen it often and maintain it properly.”
