“If you are professional chef or experienced sushi chef looking for the real yanagiba, get this one. I have many other name brand knives such as Nenohi and Shigefusa. This Masamoto white 1 is as sharp as Shigefusa and has powerful hardcore spine just like my Nenox. Thanks MTCKITCHEN to have this knife for me.”
