“Outcome is like what one would find in Japanese restaurants- creates fine shreds for garnishes or salads. Easy to use and cleanup- includes the hand guard to prevent any accidents. Very sharp blades. I couldn’t decide between ths white & green models, customer support responded right away. Bo regrets. The extra blades are taped on separately.”

“Great product a must have in every commercial or home kitchen. Very sharp blades and easy to clean. I first started using these about twenty years ago when i worked for a international hotel chain and the quality is still the same. Great product!!”
