“I enjoy using this mandoline. The blade is sharp and slices well. The adjustment dial does its job. The finger guard that comes with it does not have long enough prongs to grab and hold the food. I purchased some safety gloves which I wear when I am using the mandoline.”

“Although big sharp and scary the mandoline is rather light and easy to use. Adjusting the thickness of the slice is a matter of trial and error but you'll soon get the hang of it. When slicing don't exert heavy pressure. A light touch usually works best. Use the finger guard!”
