“Very sharp blade, effortless slicing. This mandoline came razor sharp and makes it very easy to slice any vegetable. I love that the slicing thickness is adjustable and not set to a few preset thicknesses. Super happy with this product.”

“The combined Japanese and English instructions represent significant effort, but they are very hard to read owing to the Japanese-style layout, with too little whitespace and no columns. I would much prefer a link to a video showing both how to hold the mandoline and use it at the same time. But I'll see what's out there on YouTube before abandoning my project of learning to use a mandoline in the kitchen.”
