“While the Swedish steel is only an every day workhorse… not sum spa wage new steel. ( that’s so hard of HRC…. You can’t even sharpen it Instead this is good ole reliable stainless That can take the abuse And comeback for more Know I’ve been familiar with the Grand Chef models. But never with this WONDERFUL multi angled handle…. And down ward bulge on the handle end. Very unique for a WA handle”
