“Very good cutting board! I have this cutting board and a large, thick endgrain board. I love both but this board is better for my knives and very easy to wash and move around! Highly recommend!”

“Love it for small fish and vegetables in a commercial kitchen. It goes well with my large Hasegawa boards I use. Love the Brown boards good and gentle on the knifes edge and a tough board that is very easy to clean. Perfect for my home also for everything! Just love it!! Thanks Brook for all your help!! “Excellent cutting surface that does help maintain the edge of the knife. Our edge grain walnut cutting board weighs about 35 lbs. The Hasegawa board is much easier to move and clean. Highly recommended.”

“Perfect size and surface for my small home kitchen. Works great for cutting, chopping and dicing veggies (I use a polypropylene cutting board for raw proteins.) Soft textured surface is easy on Japanese knife edges, and cleans up easily with a sponge and hot soapy water.”

“I have purchased two of these Hasegawa Brown boards over the last month in sizes 19.7"x 11.8" and 35.4"x 15.7" they are simply the best boards on the market. As a chef I can really appreciate the high quality of these boards. I use both of these boards daily and they are easy to clean and gentle on your knives.
