“Petty to match with my Sakai Takayuki Gyuto Sharpest factory edge on any knife I've purchased before Handle is slightly rounded which I'm not a fan of since I prefer the sharp angles of the octogonal shape of the Wa Handle, but that's a personal preference Despite the rounded edges, the ergonomics fit well in the hand, even for someone like myself with long fingers”
