been using this one for 2 years as main line knife. stainless but will rust if left wet overnight so make sure to dry it well. edge retention is pretty decent, and it sharpens nicely. can also be used w a honing rod for those long nights when you need an edge right away, and you dont need to worry abt chipping. can take down whole chickens, including through bones, and then kill some scallions if needed (not recommended but sometimes you do what you gotta do). for the price, its a great value compared to similar knives (tojiro clones etc). it's no laser but it can definitely knock out herbs and other fine work. doesnt wedge even in monster sweet potatoes, great middleweight workhorse. the 70/30 bevel is nice and can be adjusted even further to improve performance. the handle is extremely comfortable too, slightly matte plastic thats smooth but grippy, good stuff.

Never going back to a regular knife! The only complaint is I wish it came in a nicer box for durable storage, it came in a cardboard box.
