“I can't exactly review the donabe because I got it as a gift for someone and I don't know if they have used it yet. What I can do is sing the praises of MTC Kitchen. I discovered them when looking for the type of mandolin I used to use when I worked in a kitchen as a gift for the same friend. They were great and easy to work with and the product was the better, Japanese made one rather than it's American cousin that the cooks in my resturant did not like as much. They had it at a good price. While ordering it I became facinated by some of the other products and decided that for the next gift for my friend (a really talented homecook), I'd get something else. When I ordered the product I mistakenly ordered 2 in 2 different sizes. I wrote an email explaining my plight and was immidiatly helped and not charged. I really appreciate that. Thank you MTC, I'll be back.”
