“This is a great skimmer. When it first arrived I thought it would be too small to do the job, but it is a magical little tool! Much better than using a small strainer which I had been doing before. This strainer just takes out the foam and not of the liquid along with it. The only thing is, I wish it folded for better storage.”

“Ha! I had an instructor at culinary school who swore by these. She actually kept about five of them in her drawer and made us use them to skim sauces and small batches of stock. She used to go on about how skum is really unhealthy and that people always undermine skimming. This tool is so simple and so cheap but it really does make my sauces a lot shinier and clean too. Great to find this here!”
