“The mandoline is great- I couldn't purchase it from MTC Kitchen. I have attempted to buy from this site several times in the past- they are too slow to ship orders out. I lose patience and cancel after a week of MTC sitting on the order and not shipping. MTC would be an awesome company to purchase from if they could work on shipping promptly.”

“4.5 stars out of 5. Likes: the blade cuts very well. The height of the julianne cutting attachments is adjustable, independent of the main blade!! This means I can score or or fully cut through by adjusting the height. The julianne cutting attachments are sturdy and high quality. The guide board is a good size, and the dish/tray hooks near the base function well and are a great product design feature! The size is just perfect. Dislike: the hand guard/veggie holding piece doesn't actually hold very well onto the item I'm trying to slice. I'd do some comparative analysis and usability testing to adjust the design.”

“The mandoline is very large, to use it in different settings have to take on/off a blade, the settings for cutting are not clear indicated, not user friendly.”
