“I went to a raw vegan school that uses this device. When I recently opened my own little restaurant I had to get one of these. My knife skills are fine but this slicer definitely produces perfect thin slices for vegetable carpaccios and noodles of vegetables as well. Haven't quite figured out how I can use the net shaped attachment though...”

“Tsuma taro is amazing! I watched the YouTube video before purchasing this. I run a small catering company in Austin and we have come up with many creative ideas. I have a growing number of vegan and vegetarian requests and this device allows us to play around with different shapes and designs.”
