“I'm a personal chef who does a lot of dinner parties for my client. They have a beautiful open kitchen and they care a lot about me keeping the kitchen clean as I cook for these dinners. They give me a generous budget for kitchen tools so when I came across this I decided to get it. Looks much nice than just using a half sheet tray with a rack.”
