“I used my new otoshibuta to cover and press a dish of sauteed burdock and carrot. The drop lid made this dish more flavorful, and I believe more nutritious than the many other times I have made this dish.”

“The add says that the size is 10 1/2". That would have fit my pot perfectly. It is actually 10 1/8" which does not fit. the quality appears to be good but it won't serve the purpose I bought it for”
