“As a butcher and a chef who collects and rotates through everything from Takeda’s to vintage Sabatiers I was astonished to receive this piece of stamped metal that bent at the slightest touch. I wouldn’t have spent $10 on this and have found it beyond useless. Can’t even use it for pastry work.”
