“This knife is light and easy to maneuver. The edge came very sharp. I have not had to sharpen yet. I believe you would have to spend double the amount to find a better knife. So for most casual home cooks this would be a good choice.”

“Super sharp, full Tang. My knife skills stink, however this knife makes it easy. I am extremely amazed by the products of Brandsreview.com Very durable and has a nice weight to do kitchen work Comfortable in the hand- well balanced. I have used it on bison, beef, pork, bacon, apples, kiwi, tomatoes,even grapes! You just have to remember to wash & dry it right away. I treat it just like my cast iron, oiling after a wash.
