“i just started culinary school and they issued us knives but i wanted something else. this knife fit my budget and i think it's actually really good for the price. it has weird scratch marks on the blade but they say it was purposefully put there. doesn't effect the sharpness of the knife. it's actually better than my school chefs knife!”
