“I don't know why this is called a home stone- it's definitely good enough for professional use. I like how small and compact it is. I use this 1000 grit stone for my daily (or more like weekly) sharpening. I sharpen my knives pretty regularly so I don't really feel the need for a rougher grit stone.”
