“Use a suribachi bowl for making guacamole. Works great to mash jalapenos & garlic and the avocados. The glazed interior of this bowl makes it much easier to clean. Larger bowl works for a party and makes a great serving dish.”

“Ordered the 6" diameter suribachi. It was identical to one I had that broke, just smaller. It's well made, strong, and the inside grooves are excellent to pulverize garlic with salt for salad dressings. Of course it's useful for many other things, too.”
