“Works well with the white MTC mortar. I prefer the longer 7” handle which seems to provide more leverage than the shorter handled pestle. The wood is beautiful and sturdy.”

“I thought I wouldn’t mind the wood pestle, but it stains when crushing certain ingredients ); I really liked the suribachi that I ordered though! Two different styles, both useful!”
