“When you need a Drop Lid--this one is GREAT! It is adjustable and it's easy to use. It can expand to a large pot or you can adjust it to a really small pan. I like that having one drop lid works across so many different sized pans.”

“I purchased the Adjustable Stainless Steel Drop Lid Otoshibuta to use with my fish poacher. I haven't used it yet but I at its smallest setting, it fits perfectly. Changing the size is very easy. It's a high quality product of good weight and excellent design. It's also going to work perfectly in my Dutch oven when I braise stews.”
