“I lost my previous otoshibuta, and was delighted to find an equivalent at your store. this is such a useful tool for not overcooking food, yet helping flavors to integrate into the food. Having the ability to adjust the size of the otoshibuta to the cooking tool size is perfect - and being able to use a stainless steel tool is wonderful for cleanup! Im so glad I was able to find one to order from the US!!”
