“The angle of the handle, coupled w/the size of the skimmer makes it awkward to use with regular-sized home kichen pots/pans. Would be more suitable for for restaurant kitchens. Would have returned it but the postage cost more than the item, itself. So, it takes up space, but is impractical to use.”
