“I ordered this to replace a set of steamers that I had for decades but were falling apart from frequent use. These from MTC seem sturdier than the ones I got over 20 years ago.”

“I've been trying to cook healthy and my Japanese friend suggested I steam lean proteins like chicken breast and fish with vegetables like napa cabbage and shiitake and just dip them in ponzu. I make variations like this and it's a quick meal to cook during the week!”
