“This pan is super light, and that is really helpful when cooking. It seems to heat evenly on an electric stove. However, I was boiling Konyaku for 3 minutes [to eliminate the intense aroma]. When I poured out the water, the interior of the pan was very, very dark. While it is possible, apparently, to "fix" it, it was really disappointing as this was only the 2nd time I had used the pan. And, it isn't clear that the fix, will make it "like new" again. I had planned to purchase a second one that is bigger, but now, I do not feel it would be worth it.”

“the wooden handle makes lifting and poring so easy. the spouts on both sides are genious. It distributes heat evenly and is easy to clean.”
