“Love the light weight aspect of this board. Feels very easy on edges. Even though it takes on stains relatively quickly its very easy to clean with bleach and I think that's a plus.”

“This board is so much better than a wood or plastic board. It is soft on the knife blade which keeps the blade sharper longer. I bought the smaller board to make sure I liked it and after using this board I will be buying the larger size board. You can't go wrong with this board. Expensive, but worth every penny considering how much I have invested in my Knives,”

“Japanese knives are brittle, can chip easily. This board prevents that from happening. Prolongs my knifes edge and keeps it sharp a very long time. Very high anti-bacterial surface, easy clean. Board doesn't bend & is light weight. Hasegawa created a FLAWLESS CUTTING BOARD! The workmanship is the best in the world. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I would also like to make a comment about MtcKitchen where I purchased this board online: The company is well run, their customer service is GREAT!”
