“Even though I do not use this commercially, I bought this large board to cover almost my entire counter. It is easy to clean and treats my knives gently. Food does not slide around with its textured surface. It is well worth the investment.”

“This guy is huge and is such a joy to have in the kitchen if you can find the space for it. The surface is great on knives and my edges are staying sharp for longer than expected. It's a little tricky to clean because of the size, but some surface cleaner and elbow grease does the trick. Be aware that the texture of the surface is very noisy - cleaning with a cloth or moving a bench scraper will make a loud squeaking noise that drives my spouse insane.”

“Absolute love it. Beautiful design. Easy to clean. Good for hygiene purpose. Very pleasant when using it. I'm a small person, it's a bit heavy, but all worth it.”
