“Excellent high-end Japanese cutting board. Very light in comparison to other rubber boards. The soft surface is easy on the knife and doesn't stain like other wood boards. Great for home and professional use. If you need a top quality board and light to carry, this is it.”

“no need to carry heavy rubber cutting board any longer. sooooooo light!!! everyone will appreciate its light wight when washing it. I believe all chefs would agree. So far, soft surface texture works perfect. I'll write a review after a few month use.”
