“Wanted to get one stone and I think I made the right choice! I got the Shapton holder as well and it won't budge when you use it on stainless steel countertops. I used to bring my knives to get professionally sharpened but I think I'm doing a pretty good job with these stones! Appreciate the videos! And that you don't preach just one way of sharpening knives.”
