“I am a sushi chef and I got this board because I heard about the softness of it and how gentle it is on the knives. And it delivered. I don't have to sharpen my knives every single day like I used to. In addition, this board does not warp, it is quite resistant to heat, fish does not slip, sushi rice does not stick, it is easy to clean, and not that heavy. I have not tried the asahi or the hasegawa boards yet, but this one is so far the best cutting board I have ever used. Highly recommended.”
