“Good feel under the knife. Cleans easily. The .75” thickness seems right to me, providing the heft of a thicker wooden board. 5 stars though would mean I stop using wood altogether:)”

“A great cutting board is as essential as a great knife! This is perfect for using with my Japanese knives! The large sizes are a plus! I will be purchasing a scraper to use with it. Highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend it to you!”
