So far, I haven't used this much. I'm still getting used to the size of the blade. However, I'm amazed at how sharp it is. Like using a laser.

i like the deba style but i'm not comfertable with a single edge.this double edge deba is great.i use it for shellfish like lobster.i used to use a german chefs knife but it just wasn't sharp enough and got blunt real quickly.this knife has a nice weight to it and is sharp too.
