“We are very pleased with our purchase of 5oz sake carafes! My experience with the customer service staff was absolutely impeccable and definitely left me with an eye towards dealing with their company in the future! Furthermore, MTC took great care in packaging the product. Upon arrival, the box had been absolutely manhandled by the delivery service providers, and showed up looking as if it had weathered a natural disaster; nonetheless, the semi-delicate carafes were pristinely packaged inside and not a single one suffered even slight damage.”
